Job description, responsibilities and duties
What Release Coordinator does in SolarWinds:
* Documents and communicates approved product milestone schedules
* Coordinates and cooperates on release processes of products throughout the product lifecycle
* Closely cooperates with Analytics, Project Managers and a number of other department delivering marketing content and documentation to end customers
* Analyzes and verifies new product pushes
* Identifies risks in a given release
* Creates documentation for Release Management
* Represents Release Management at core teams (meetings of all stakeholders in a given product/project)
* Resolves issues and escalates to Release Manager when necessary
* Verifies file downloads and content on the sw.com and customer portal Sites

* Understanding of Software development life cycle (traditional and agile)
* Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written
* Must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
* Strong ability to work on multiple projects at the same time (good time management and priority setting skills)
What would be helpful, but not required:
* PMP or Scrum or other project management certification
* Experience working with globally distributed teams
* Experience with project management
* Production experience with C# and SQL (though if you are also proud of your personal projects, we'd be more then glad to hear about it)
* Experience with Visual Studio
