The primary responsibility of the SAP Order Processing & Service Systems Analyst is to provide ERP systems support to SPX Flow business units using SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Customer Service (CS) modules to progress and control component and aftermarket sales. This position will contribute to systems development and provide helpdesk support to SPX Flow user base.

List of key responsibilities:
• Implementation of SAP SD and CS modules and supporting SAP functionality
 Analysis and documentation of current systems (processes, functions, methods and practices)
 Documentation of SAP ERP processes using prescribed systems analysis methodologies
 Configuration of one or more modules of SAP to meet documented user requirements
 Testing of configured SAP System
 Specification of reports, interfaces and special programs
 Education of key/end users in system operation
 Installation support after system go-live
 Resolve implementation issues to obtain system “sign off” from management

• Resolve business issues and user problems
 Progress resolution of SAP SD, CS and other SAP issues as assigned
 Liaise with users to ensure full understanding of business requirements and communication of solutions
 Record progress within SPX help desk systems

• Provide business systems expertise to senior management
 Provide support to Order Handling & Fulfillment ERP Manager to identify opportunities for business improvement
 Determination of best practice processes for business units utilizing SAP SD and CS modules
 Organise, participate in and facilitate business process re-engineering workshops
 Implementation of new processes and education of staff
 Support executive decision making process by providing SAP SD and CS Systems expertise.

• Contribute to Business Systems projects as Lead or Team Player
 Assist Order Handling, Logistics business managers with execution of complex customer orders
 Project Management responsibility for systems projects as assigned

• Lead business process and business systems integration projects within Order Handling and Service process areas
 Produce functional and technical specifications to support development of interfaces and integration of SAP and other SPX Flow business systems
 Provide SAP expertise to Program and Project Management
 Assign and manage SAP resources assigned to integration projects

Qualifications
• Experience communicating with global business users and other functional stakeholders regarding business operations and process improvement initiatives
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience collaborating with multi-person virtual teams
• Self-directed, detail-oriented, have excellent initiative and possess strong analytical skills
• Strong personal motivation, excellent work ethic and positive, team-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy

Required Education / Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business, IT, Engineering or related field
• 3+ years specifying, configuring, deploying and supporting SAP Sales & Distribution and/or SAP Customer Service Systems and integrated functionality from other SAP modules, preferably with experience in a global environment
• Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and MS SharePoint

Preferred Education / Experience
• Experienced configurator for SAP PS, MM, FI or CO modules
• At least two full cycle SAP implementations as Sales & Distribution or Customer Service Specialist
• Working knowledge of European VAT determination and reporting within SAP
• Manufacturing industry experience
• SAP Sales & Distribution or Customer Service consultant certification and/or certification in other mainstream SAP ERP modules
