In Brief:
- End to end recruitment - Source, Interview, Event coordination, USA and Global Client interaction, Europe SDI Team Management.
- Measure team members on their performance and have performance metrics in place.
- Ensure quality resources are recruited within the TAT by coordinating with the team.
- Provide total staffing support by developing and implementing staffing strategy.
- Provide metrics to measure and decrease time Cycle for each recruitment process.
- Ensure smooth functioning and achievements of the team and his/her targets.

Leadership ability:
- Understand Resource Requirements and Manage the Recruitment Team in Europe
- Ensure completion of the given targets within the specified timelines.
- Attract, develop & retain Talent for the team.
- Review/ assist periodic performance of team members.
- Motivate the team on all aspects and would retain the talent and be part of their evaluation.
- Determine work assignments and procedures from team members.
- Ability to use effective techniques for maximizing the effectiveness in team performance.
- Constant learning of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

Manage Resource Talent Pool for SDI global clients:
- Effectively colaborate with SDI USA and India team of recruiters
- Work closely with global clients of Superior Group’s BD managers for requirement gathering and fulfillment.
- Answer client queries, handle escalations and maintain good Client relationships.
- Focus on client satisfaction and customer relationship by providing high quality resources in the shortest period of time.
- Maintain the highest standards of service quality to the clients.

Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

- 2+ years experience in Recruiting or headhunting
- Strong English – excellent written and oral communication.
- Excellent skills in networking, head hunting and referrals.
- Exceptional with job boards/ Linkedin and other professional sites effectively.
- Highly customer focused, with leadership skills, self motivator
- Good persuasion skills.
