Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Mainly responsible for measuring equipment calibration except for Burst test, leak- and pressure test equipment.
Measurement support to NPD’s, Design and Innovation and quality improvement support to production.
- Prepare documentation for calibration system.
- Perform reviews and report calibration status to Quality manager as input to Management review.
- Perform specific measurement for R&D, engineering, Quality, NPD projects and production investigations.
- Drive development of new and/or current measuring methods
- Support Quality Engineers in Initial Sample measuring
- Participate in NPD teams as quality function representative
- Responsible for calibration, incl system, of production and other measuring tools
- Responsible for service and storage of production measurement tools
- Support measuring of incoming gods if capacity issues occur
- Perform training for production and other functions in measurement technology basics
- Drive MSA studies on production measurement tools
- Work with continuous improvement in line with SWEP Culture of Continuous Improvement
