We are looking for the following professionals to join our call center in BUDAPEST-HUNGARY:

Hungarian speaking qualification agent

Tasks:
• Providing in-depth technical support for customers
• Answering inbound phone calls and e-mails in Slovak and Hungarian language
• Administration of all cases in an SAP-based system
• Meeting the quality requirements

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

Hungarian - Proficiency (C2) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2) and English - Intermediate (B1)

Personality requirements and skills

• Native or near-native Slovak and Hungarian language knowledge
• Good PC skills, willingness to learn more about technical related problems
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Customer oriented attitude
• Conversational English is a must
