Job description, responsibilities and duties

The customer service representative is responsible for the technical support of notebooks and other IT products.

Tasks:
- handling incoming phone calls and e-mails in Czech language
- identifying technical problems and solving them according to the internal procedures
- registering the handled cases in the computer system

Requirements:
- native or near native level of Czech language
- excellent communication and problem solving skills
- attention to details and procedures
