Job description, responsibilities and duties
Our client, a very popular production company with a strong position at Slovak market is extending its production and therefore is looking for a reliable HR business partner/Generalist with capacity to train, set-up processes as well as internal communication within the company.
If you like challenges and room for your own ideas, this position will bring you the opportunity to:
* Provide counselling on key HR activities (training and development, recruitment, on-boarding, performance management, compensation)
* Identify training needs in order to prepare development and training plans for the defined business units
* Individual coaching as well as leading soft-skills trainings for employees and managers
* Manage performance evaluation, salary and bonus reviews
* Talent management and succession planning
* Lead HR projects and activities supporting organisational change across the business along with preparation of conceptual documents and budgets (together with other HR members)
* Define internal processes, ensure regular reporting and analyse data relevant for company´s management

* University education
* 5 years of experience in HR and ideally at least 3 years in training and development - experience with training/coaching people is an advantage

* Sound knowledge of Labour code and its practical application
* Self - organized and structured approach
* Independent and creative self starter
* Sympathetic personality with efficient communication and good problem-solving skills
* Ability to be a reliable partner - business focus and negotiation skills
* University education
