Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have background in Economics as well as Procurement? Are you experienced in procurement of services on a managerial level?

Your responsibility would be:

* Managing multiple projects in international environment (Shared Services)
* Overseeing global payroll launches and transitions
* Performing market research (regarding potential payroll vendors)
* Building main criteria for payroll vendor selection
* Constructing payroll contracts with new payroll vendors
* Ensuring correct payroll process implementation and transition (setting up process with the vendor so that they can efficiently cooperate with internal payroll teams)
* Bringing new ideas and process improvements (drive for efficiency)
* Reporting
