Job description, responsibilities and duties

Do you have previous experience with managing Payroll, AP or AR department? Are you fluent in English + Polish OR French?

Your responsibility would be:

* Managing Payroll department (10 - 15 people)
* Setting up processes with new countries and preparing team for new challenges
* Ensuring KPIs of the team and their growth
* Responsibility for data accuracy and correct audit of payroll (after being handled by specialists)
* Assuring accurate and timely filing of all related reporting requirements in accordance with country specific Government legislations and company
* Improving pre and post payroll administration processes
* Efficient cooperation with other related departments
* Communication with authorities, external payroll providers as well as other internal managers regarding potential issues

* You are proud of your University degree in Economics
* You have at least 5 years of experience in Payroll management
* You have at least 3 years of experience in Team management
* Your English is excellent and in addition to that you are fluent in French OR Polish
* You have experience with different payroll systems
* You are customer and people-oriented manager
* You love to work in international environment and handle its challenges
