Our client is a group in financial services sector growing bigger and more successful from year to year. Recently their activity started also on financial market in Bulgaria.

Your job? 
- You will be support contact for growing network of local sales persons in Bulgaria
- No coding/programming skills needed just a computer-literate
- You will be trained how our CRM and reporting software tools works so you can help our network in Bulgaria
- You will provide support over phone or email to sort out questions or to improve localization of our system
- Our main IT support team is based in Slovakia
- You should be based anywhere in Slovakia so logistically it will by comfortable to train you in first weeks/months (either you're in Slovakia or you'll relocate soon)
- Also it will be more comfortable and fun to meet with your IT support team from time to time (2x a month after training in West/Central Slovakia) and participate in company parties too :)
- It is not important where you are during the day... be creative, but have access to mobile and internet.
- You will not work more hours, probably less... but more focused on finding a solution for your colleagues in Bulgaria
- Sometimes we want you to help over weekends, but as we said, during the month you will not work more hours than is usual (8 hours x number of working days)
- Quite soon you will understand the dynamics of requests from out network based on product cycles, payment cycles, reporting cycles and so on. So you can plan your 100% home office in quite efficiently and have a lot of fun working in our team :)

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

Bulgarian - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Language skills options:
- You need to speak very well in Bulgarian (preferably native speaker)
