Job description, responsibilities and duties

General description/ Purpose

Customer and contract management as part of international Servicemanagement team for different customers of T-Systems Austria.
Customer onboarding and execution of contracts Responsible for Fulfillment of customer requests, provide reporting and billing information; controlling activities to assure the planned customer results.
Oversee all factors, which might affect contract fulfillment.

Accountabilities

Financial Performance & Billing is responsible for all financial regards. Specifically the commercial management topics:

FP
• Support the financial planning
• Support the forecast process
• Cost Management
• Support of Cost Saving/Efficiency measures
• Preparing and executing Finance Reviews


Billing & Reporting
• Compile reporting data from different sources
• Generating billing data for the relevant elements
• Generating the invoice supplements
• Steering the Invoicing and Purchase Order documentation, based on local laws and T-Systems International requirements.


General
• Steering of Commercial Management of customer
• Manage optimal contract fulfillment for both the client and the company for the duration of the contract
• Procure services for the client at optimal price and quality
• Coordinate the service delivery activities between the organizational units and supervise their work in the interest of contract fulfillment
• Observe and adjust the budgets and cost reduction
• Procure services in compliance with the deadlines and the expected service levels
• Handle customer complaints and escalations within the framework of the complaint management process
• Support continuous improvement of delivered services

Special skills
• Overall: very structured and result driven, stickiness, self-confident, flexible, needs to be able to "run" alone, very good Ms Excel skills needed skills would be beneficial, good organizational skill required
• Commercial and contractual: deep knowledge of commercial management, as round about 50 % of the job is to globally manage the commercial steering of the account
• Relationships: experienced and confident to deal with customers

Requirements for the employee

Required education

Secondary with school-leaving examination
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Experience  Minimum 2 years of experience of customer relationships, confidence and presence to deal with customers

Languages  English - B2; German – B2

Others  ITIL Foundation certificate
