Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
* daily contact with the other delivery centers worldwide
* responsibility for monthly Key Performance Indicators/Business Volume Indicators (KPI/BVI) reporting schedule within the Accounting and Finance department global locations
* handle internal customers (Finance department global locations) and stakeholder engagement: ensure project progress and arranging meetings and task groups
* keeping track of and BVIs evolution, monitoring the impact of processes and controlling by initiating necessary corrective actions
* manage the relationship between Central IT and the internal customers
* providing transparency to Accounting and Finance management regarding internal performance on a regular basis and providing support during Global Process Community meetings
* carrying out process analysis, establishing process deficiencies and identifying opportunities for service improvement

* very good Excel efficiency (pivot tables, functions etc.)
* very good communication, presentation and organizational skills
* very good relationship building ability
