Job description, responsibilities and duties
Client: International pharmaceutical company – OTC products.
The main scope of this position is to lead marketing departments in selected CEE countries where the client has got firm market presence. There is a strong need for experience in Media spending (TV, print, digital media) and strong understanding on the key OTC market drivers in the CEE countries.
Responsibilities:
• Effectively managing marketing departments in the selected countries and product portfolio.
• Growing Market Shares for strategic products
• Cooperation with International Marketing at headquarter
• Managing all marketing costs, preparing product operational and campaign plans as well as managing its implementation.
• Helping to develop Digital Marketing Strategy
• Implementation of Digital Marketing Strategy
• Responsible for ensuring that the operational plans and the campaign are implemented to achieve agreed goals
• Development of efficiently working relationships with international and local marketing/sales departments.

French - Upper intermediate (B2) and Hungarian - Upper intermediate (B2) and Czech - Upper intermediate (B2) and English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Slovak - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
• University degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Pharma, Natural Science
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in senior marketing position (Product Manager or Marketing Manager in Pharma OTC sector, alternatively in related sectors such FMCG, retail). Ideally used to work also in sales and therefore knows well also the sales side of the Pharma business
• Has experience in strategic marketing, forecasting and budgeting.
• Has extensive contacts with so called Opinion leaders in Pharma sector and the relevant state institutions
• Creative and innovative person looking for improvements with understanding and positively motivating others
• Results/goal oriented person
• High level of strategic of strategic and analytical thinking
• Enthusiastic, forward thinking, self-motivated individual to be strong line manager
• High command in French language
• High command of at least two further eastern European languages such as Czech/Slovak, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian. English is of big advantage.

CEE, depending on the most appropriate location and the markets knowledge of the winning candidate; could be any of Prague, Bratislava, Budapest, Warsaw.
