Retail Manager Slovakia/Hungary

For our client, a leading sports brand, we are searching for a skillful manager with profound partner network management experience. Preferably experienced in cooperation with franchise and wholesale partners in the fashion/sport retail. His/her main job will be to develop and build up further a profitable business in line with brand values and marketing objectives of the client.

The main focus will be on development of franchise and wholesales business and increasing its share on both Slovak and Hungarian markets.

Responsibilities:

- regular contact and relationship management with existing Franchise and wholesale partners and active search for new potential partners
- negotiation of the contract conditions with the new partners and set up of the cooperation
- implementation of Franchise strategy in order to increase a Franchise business model by serving the specific needs of Franchise customers, participation on franchise strategy preparation
- by training and providing information on the business policies and procedures, ensure that franchisees receive the brand message regarding business strategy, products and promotions
- regular controls of the brand standards, visual merchandising and product visibility within the stores makes sure that all the brand standards, methods nad techniques
