- Requested competencies:
• Significant successful experience in a Senior Business Control role in a global company is a must
• Proven managerial experience at least 10 years
• A strong commercial orientation- planning, budgeting and forecasting skills
• Solid experience in different finance areas including experience from treasury
• Sales finance, balance sheet, and cash processes knowledge
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Absolute integrity
• A strong team-player
• Strong commitment to meet deadlines and reach targets
• Decision-making and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to changing environment- A genuine interest in Business processes and retail activity
• Native Slovak, Fluent in English
