Job description, responsibilities and duties

The ideal candidate has technical university degree such as a mechanical, design or chemical engineer.
Previous sales experience is not a must (in this case our client insist on technical university degree), but the candidate must be willing to do the sales job.

The company is seeking for a “project sales” type of a person. Personality wise, we look for a modern, communicative, sociable and open team player with result-oriented attitude and willingness to sell quality products. Candidate is confident to negotiate with clients detailed technical and price offers and be responsible for sales activity in certain market segment or with key customers. The candidate will work from home office, 3-4 days in the field and will be responsible for the whole Bohemia region.

Communicative English knowledge, German would be an advantage.

 Support, consulting and advices for clients and their competent partner
 Acquisition of new customers and contracts, business assurance, business development, control of the customer contacts
 Regular strategic and operational planning for the assigned area of responsibility
 Achieving the objectives of the operational plan
 Identification of business potential and target groups on the market
 Cultivate contacts and exchange team-building information within the company, reporting system
 Initiation and support of new product development and product refinement
 Preparation of requirement profiles for new or modified products
 Assisting with the launch of new products and carrying out trials with the customers
 Development of the company’s image on the market with lubricants as a high quality specialist and market leader
 Active participation on lubricants selections and design with the key OEMs
 Identification of future potential on the market, market trends, target groups and also a wide overview about market position, competition, competitive intelligence
 Participation at trade fairs, workshops and visiting exhibitions
 Introduce a results-oriented and profit-oriented way of thinking
 Carrying out training courses, customer presentations and meetings in CEE
