Job description, responsibilities and duties

The main scope of this position is to create, implement and oversee all communications activities and outputs that promote the company (corporate branding), its products and services across Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execution of the European cross-organisational communication strategy
• Manage and oversee the company brand communication (develop corporate image, coordinate communication campaigns, develop brand guidelines, close cooperation with local marketing teams)
• Media relations, social media and digital, print and offline communication and internal communication: develop media liaison strategies, build with media and partner organisations, manage media enquires, press conferences, support organization of local events, identify main client group and determine the communication way, create internal newsletter, lead development of corporate and local websites
• Support product launches and campaigns
• Management of the communication team and external suppliers
• Manage the European communications budgets

Further information:

Our client is and international agrochemical company. The position will be based in CEE (Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic), depending on the most appropriate location for the candidate. The client has got subsidiaries on he most of the European markets. The position reports to the European Marketing Director and is part of the European marketing team.

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

• Expert in communication, events and PR
• Experience in managing cross-market Communication and PR activities is a MUST
• 5 -10 year experience in communication, has been exposed to multi-country communication and PR management inside some leading corporation with well developed and structured communication function
• Knowledge of the relevant sectors: agrochemical, biochemistry, chemical, agricultural, pharmaceutical of big advantage
