Job description, responsibilities and duties

Main role of ASM will be to develop and expand a profitable network of Field & Fashion b2b accounts in line with brand image and marketing objectives of the company. The position focuses on leading, developing and implementing strategy based on given guidelines for the profitable growth on both Slovak and Hungarian market.

Main responsibilities:
• To manage, coordinate and support given and new acquired customers ( b2b, small retailers) through direct reports – 1 in SK and 1 in HU in close cooperation with sales and marketing within the given region
• To have a big picture within the SK & HU market with focus on a key segments (e.g. fashion, running, outdoor etc.)
• To be aware of customer’s needs, requirements and a new possibilities for a network expansion
• To support negotiation and enforcement of a brand trade terms
• To ensure smooth collaboration with customers and be able to recommend them current trends in fashion
• To ensure all customers are allocated to the correct sales channel
• To ensure the best possible sales results by setting clear targets; constant tracking of results; analysis of risks & new business opportunities

Personality requirements and skills

• At least 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally as an Area Sales Manager/ Account Manager / Key Account Manager in an international company within retail or FMCG
• VŠ/SŠ education preferably business oriented
• Strong sales and negotiation skills and customer orientation
• High analytical skills for strategy development
• People management and motivation
• Organized, driven, independent, self-motivated and decisive personality
• Native Slovak, very good knowledge of English, Hungarian is plus
