Marketing Project Management


In this position you will report to the Head of Program Management. Your main responsibilities will be the following:
After an intensive introduction you will be responsible for the organisation, steering and implementation of extensive customer loyalty programs. Already during the planning phase you will cooperate closely with our sales, supply chain, customer marketing management and customers mainly in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. You initiate and monitor individual project steps, adopt individual requirements and manage the development of successful programs. During the implementation phase you look after the entire supply chain, you coordinate teams and you take care of customers in a professional manner ensuring a high degree of service. Having maintained complex data management and having further developed it by yourself, will put you in a position where you are internally as well as externally able to inform about the progress of the marketing programs at any time. In summary you will be responsible for an unobstructed organisation and execution of innovative marketing programs while providing necessary logistics and ensuring stock availability in due time.

For this position we seek for the following profile:
You have an engaging and customer-focussed personal manner combined with careful attention to detail, organizational talent and an entrepreneurial mind-set. You have completed an advanced business education or a university degree and you possess initial experience in marketing / operations / product management /key account management (possibly within a trade or a retail organisation on national and international level). You are willing to take the next development step, to build and further develop major customer relationships and to implement every program with high momentum, consistency and pronounced target-orientation. Your analytical skills, your flexibility and your project-oriented functioning as well as your will to become acquainted with complex and demanding structures provide an essential basis for your future success. Czech at least on a native speaker level is a must as well as a high level of written and spoken English (German would be beneficial). Deeper knowledge of excel and a high degree of willingness to travel (approx. 30 %) are required for this position.
