MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Functions of the job

• Responsable for coordinating a multi-disciplinary team (electricians, mechanics, etc.).
• He/She is responsable of defining and implementing the preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all facilities (production and non-production related facilities), ensuring their correct functioning in order to avoid unplanned line breakdowns.
• Create and update the preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines and manuals.
• Assign the maintenance tasks: Leadership, management and motivation of team members.
• Search of external collaborators if necessary.
• Definition and management of department KPI´s (i.e., lines availability, breakdowns, etc.).

Requirements

• Technical degree
• Minimum 3 year experience in similar position in automotive industry
• English: mínimum level B2
