Cybersecurity manager - IAM controls

Role Summary

As a Cybersecurity Controls Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring ICFR compliance and the IAM & PAM security posture of our organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance and assessment of cybersecurity controls to safeguard our systems and data against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

The job requires to be based in/close to Prague!

In this job, I am accountable for

• Development and Implementation of Controls: Design, develop, and implement cybersecurity controls and measures in accordance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.

• Policy and Procedure Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.

• Risk Assessment and Management: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks effectively with our internal partners.

• Monitoring and Reporting: Implement continuous monitoring processes to track and analyze data feeds and generate timely reports for management review and regulatory compliance.

• Compliance Management: Stay abreast of evolving cybersecurity regulations and standards, and ensure organizational compliance.

• Security Governance: Establish and maintain effective governance structures for cybersecurity, including roles and responsibilities, decision-making processes and accountability mechanisms.

Skills relevant for this job

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.

• Proven experience (5+ years) in cybersecurity management roles, with a focus on controls implementation and management.

• Deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Experience with security technologies and tools, including CyberArk, Onelogin and Silverfort.

• Knowledge of emerging cybersecurity trends and technologies and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

• Fluency in English.
