The Middle East is one our fastest growing regions and to satisfy our clients’ needs we have recently opened a new office in Dubai.
We are looking for a young, dynamic engineer with a good understanding of steam cycle processes and mechanical engineering, to join our Dubai office and start contributing to our team of skilled engineers. This is a great opportunity for a serious, motivated engineer to join a fast-growing company and take on new responsibilities.

The position will involve many opportunities to travel to different countries in the region, visiting power plants and assisting them in determining how to optimise their operation to get the most out of their plant. A hands-on engineer is sought who is willing to learn new engineering analysis skills specific to the power sector, with a strong talent for solving challenging problems and explaining solutions to clients of engineering and non-engineering backgrounds. Written and spoken English language skills are a must!

The selected candidate will be a person who enjoys new challenges, learning new skills and taking on responsibilities. He/She will be able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds in many countries. Ideally the candidate would have had some relevant work experience either during or after studies that will contribute to the team and provide a platform to build on new experiences and develop skills.

The candidate’s nationality must not impose restrictions travelling between European, and Middle Eastern countries.

Requirements:
• Mechanical or similar Engineering Degree of at least 3 years
• Understanding of thermodynamic processes, pressure equipment, and mechanical strength of structures
• Knowledge of Computer Aided Engineering packages for 3D modelling such as Solidworks, Ansys, etc
• Good interpersonal/communication skills, and well-developed English skills


The position would require some training in the office in France for approximately two months, then the regular place of work would be in Dubai, U.A.E.
