The European Space Agency (ESA) is seeking a

Receivables Administrator (m/f)
in the Finance, Planning and Controlling Department

Key responsibilities include: • calculating, monitoring, calling up contributions from Member States and Participants and other third-party income; • recording all income transactions in line with the ESA accounting rules and providing the necessary information on time for ESA Financial Statements and the internal/external auditors • following up the yearly income by programme/participant for reporting and closure purposes;

Applicants for this post should have a Master’s degree in economics, business administration or a related discipline and relevant experience in corporate finance. Experience in working with the finance module in an Enterprise Resource planning (ERP) is required (SAP preferably).

Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills as well as precision with figures and the ability to provide quality output against tight deadlines are essential prerequisites for this post.
