Field Operations Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a Field Operations Manager to join our Global Project Services (GPS) team in Prague, reporting to the GPS Manager EMEA.

The main aspect of the role is to increase market share of Global Project Services (GPS) business by positioning GPS services to multisite enterprise business potential clients in EMEA. This will include the provision of estimating and project support for GPS opportunities and overseeing project progress with a focus on quality and profitability.

The successful candidate will have experience of installation and cost estimation with a focus on infrastructure systems, along with practical field experience, ideally with installation of information transport systems. Proven success winning commercial LV infrastructure business with low voltage contractors is required, as well as experience in evaluating and responding to RFP, RFQ and RFIs. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills are required, and the ability to work independently and take initiative on projects.
