Czech Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Answer customers' telephone calls regarding their orders, price inquiries, complaints, etc. and deal with incoming e-mails of the generic e-mail address
  • Process fax / written / web orders according to company guidelines, check price and availability of products to customers where necessary
  • Deal with new account set up and changes and load yearly pricing agreements as well as quotes within the divisions guidelines
  • Liaise between the customer and warehouse/planning regarding delivery of back-ordered products
  • Provide support to customers who require guidance and advice on the website during order entry, navigate and provide support in web registrations
Deal with customer complaints on instrument, consumables and oligo orders. Monitor and provide feedback on quality issues of products, shipping, etc with the objective of retaining customers and reviewing customer satisfaction. Where necessary, arranges product returns and/or credits within the divisions guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Czech, Slovak and Hungarian languages, written and oral
  • Fluent in English language
  • Competent Microsoft Office user, Excel knowledge
  • Experience in a customer contact and/or order administration role
  • High level of accuracy, high standards for excellence
  • Good organizational skills, excellent time management, ability to plan and manage various tasks
  • Motivated, career-focused personality with positive, can-do attitude
  • Must be able to work effectively both on an individual level and within a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • commercial or business education
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Customer Care experience
