Work IT automation project as part of overall SD SHAPE cost saving program

Ensure Continuous Service Improvement in operations

Ensure cost optimization through identifying opportunities for automation

Personality requirements and skills

Strong process oriented person with practical experience with automation

improvement in similar IT environment

Experience with mapping, analysis and measurement of processes

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project), experience with SharePoint

Professional education in Computer Science or IT

Act independently, structured, organized and communicative

Able to communicate in English language (speak, read, write), German is welcome

Experience in ICT services in large organizations, Experience in ITSM according to ITIL
