Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
Overall responsible for the Incident management process for applications and application serves
Operation of: Middleware (Active MQ, Perl Scripts, Bash Scripts, Partly RHELL OS, LDAP, Tomcat, Apache webserver, Java)
Delivery of complex non standard Orders (special reports for customers, etc.),
Control and Management of: Job's (Batch, Backup, Archive, Journals, Log's, …), Data Management, Interface's(sftp, e-Mail, scheduling, control, …)
