Personality requirements and skills

Education: technical IT and/or IT Administration

At least 1 years\' experience in IT support

IT knowledge in Client/Server and network infrastructure

ITIL certification if possible

Very good English language skills (German language skills if possible)

Service orientation and willingness to work in On-Call

General experience with IT administration at basic level – command line

Willing to work in IT and grow in IT knowledge
