Job description, responsibilities and duties

* II/III-Level Support regarding Application Installation, Configuration, Administration, Operations, Project Support, Configuration Mgmt.), III-Level Planning & Solving Group
* Responsibility for resolving incidents, problems and changes
* Delivery of nonstandard Orders (special reports for customers, etc.), Participating in 2nd level 24/7 on call duty
* Support of EUHD: Known error documentation, Providing of Tools, Creating documentation (Operation manuals)

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Other knowledge

Client/server administration - Basic
UNIX/Linux administration - Basic
Windows server administration - Basic

Personality requirements and skills

* Professional education in Computer Science or IT
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Good knowledge of HTTP Protocol
* Basic knowledge of Linux (pref. SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11)
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 and Windows Server 2012
* Microsoft IIS 6 or 7: Installation, Configuration
* Basic knowledge of shell programming on Linux (Python, Pearl)
* Basic knowledge of Oracle 11g Database Server: SQL scripting
* Basic knowledge of networking TCP/IP, load balancing, network segmentation (DMZ)
* Basic knowledge of ITIL
* Ability to work in multi-national environment
* Basic knowledge of Java programming language is an advantage
