Job description, responsibilities and duties

Transition Management, Technical Project Management
Identification and analysis of customer requirements including the solution design and economic efficiency
Transition of new projects (deals) from the project team into the operation
Support on technical standardization of incoming projects
Coordination and controlling of simple projects and sub- projects
Creation of project documentation and Transfer into Operations
Support for Areas and Customer in case of architectural design and security approvals​

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

Secondary with school-leaving examination
Follow-up/Higher Professional Education
University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

Personality requirements and skills

Education: technical IT and /or technical project management
2 years of experience in IT support and/ or project transition
Ability to coordinate multiple operations team and ensure project will be setup in Operation in time
Know-how in Service/Retail/Banking
IT knowledge in Client/Server and network infrastructure
Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows
ITIL knowledge required, certification is an advantage
Service orientation​
Project management knowledge, certification is an advantage
