Job description, responsibilities and duties
The EFT Developer role is a key role in supporting payment solutions, products and projects. EFT Software Developer works on the design, development and maintenance of payment solutions, according to business needs and requirements
This role includes working with the Product Manager and Delivery Manager in scheduling Product/Project development deliverables

Understanding of EMV Integrated Circuit Card Specifications for Payment Systems
Detailed technical understanding of EMV chip and Contactless payments including standards, technology, architecture and products
Intensive knowledge in standards and concepts including ISO8583, SPDH, EMV, PCI-DSS, NFC, Data Encryption (key schemes as DUKPT, Master Key etc.)
Understanding of Authentication and Cryptographic and Hashing technologies (RSA/PKI/CRT, 3DES/AES, etc.)
Extensive knowledge of payment terminals/ EFTPOS (Castles/Verifone/ Ingenico etc.)
Proficient knowledge, of EMV contact and contactless certification process (MasterCard, Visa)
Good communication skills
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Open and creative mindset; comfortable with uncertainty, changing and fast paced
Fluent English
