Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Coordination between the client and the Polish team,
• Verification of documents,
• Attend and take/distribute minutes for construction meetings,
• Act as a liaison between Project Managers, Owners, and Contractors, by fielding questions and attempting to resolve issues, conflicts, and emergencies as they arise, along with unexpected projects,
• Other duties as assigned, including office related tasks and support for Project Managers.

• Knowledge of Czech construction legislation,
• Knowledge of AutoCad, MS Project, MS Office,
• Driving license (cat. B),
• High independence, commitment and responsibility,
• Ability to work with a team,
• Languages: English, Czech, (Polish will be an advantage).
• Experience in the energy industry as a coordinator or related,
