Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
Handling QA complaints and managing engineering services at multinational companies in automotive and electronics industries.
• Provide high – QA services meeting customer’s expectations for partners ; constantly follow the customer requirements; keep professional contact partners’ representatives
• Plan, manage and monitor the activities of subordinates; motivate and evaluate of their performance
• In case of QA problem follow the process of handling the complaint; inform the partners about the procedure, take necessary actions
• Prepare non – conformity analyses, work out actions together with process/production engineers
• Product supervision/ Control product quality
• In case of problems with suppliers initiate and monitor non-conformity procedures inform the supplier and take appropriate actions
• Conduct supplier audit
• Carry out process audits
• Implement 8D and other corrective actions, apply quality assurance tools
• Keep contact with customers regarding complaints, PPAP and production problems
• Prepare PPAP documentation and submit it to the customer

Personality requirements and skills
Basic requirements:
Basic knowledge of ISO 9000 and ISO/TS 16949;
Basic knowledge of Lean Management and Manufacturing Concepts;
Five years (5+) experience in a manufacturing environment;
Good command of English and any other CEE Country Language (German or French is an advantage);
4 years (BS) Engineering Degree (or higher), (Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering);
Experienced in MS tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project);
Willingness to Travel;
Desired characteristics:
Knowledge and experience in Automotive Quality & Lean Manufacturing Technics and Requirements:
o Auditing processes or systems (internal or supplier audits) per ISO/TS16949 or VDA 6.1/6.3 or OEM specific;
o Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP);
o Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (DFMEA/PFMEA);
o Control Planning;
o Measurement System Analysis (MSA) (e.g.: Gage R&R);
o Initial Process Study and Statistical Process Control (SPC);
o Advance Development and Validation Planning (ADVP);
o Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) or VDA 2 PPA;
o OEE Monitoring and Analysis;
o TPM - Maintenance Planning;
o 5 Why’s, Ishikawa or Shainin/Red-X problem solving methodology;
o 8D, 5S, SMED, Value Stream Mapping,
o 7 Waste elimination methods;
o Capacity Auditing and throughput analysis (Run@Rate);
Leadership skills;
Capable to work in team and independently too;
Must be a critical thinker and active listener with good time management skills in order to work with Suppliers and Project Management teams to define deliverables;
Strong project management skills;
Strong problem solving skills;
Advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to write technical reports and presentations;
Capable to train other people;
