Responsibilities:

• Recruiting and searching activities with focus on freelancers
• Sourcing and screening candidates
• Active communication with candidates and scheduling candidate interviews.
• Work with internal databases (candidate descriptions uploading), job portals and social networks.
• Support documentation administration

Secondary with school-leaving examination

Language skills

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

• English- upper-intermediate
• German is big advantage
• High school degree/ College degree
• Recruiting experiences ideally with focus on contractors
• Sales experiences (advantage, but is not essential)
• Excellent verbal communication skills and proactive person.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
