Job Overview
We are a long well established International Retail Group based in London. We are currently looking for a single site flagship manager with previous background in sales/customer service/security to work in an exciting location in Prague with enormous potential which requires aggressive marketing.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
The Company prides itself on its commitment to provide a customer centred service to all new and existing clients, whilst continuously maintaining a high level of professionalism, confidentiality and security.
You will be responsible for new customer acquisition, liaising with clients on a one to one basis, answering their queries and requests, and will need to be friendly and outgoing to ensure all client relationships are established and maintained.

Your duties will include:
• Establish a new customer base through robust sales techniques
• Manage new and existing accounts
• Providing a customer focused service
• Ensure correct documentation at commencement and making amendments when required
• Customer validation through the contact of vendors
• Stringent security checks including documentation and identification
• Preparation and overseeing of contract rental agreements
• Issuance of contracts, ensure correct procedures at all times.
• Debtor control and collection
• Accurate financial recording
