Manage our network of distributors single-handedly

Starting the Eastern European office from scratch in either Prague or Warsaw, your first task is to recruit a sales supporter and a technical supporter. The three of you form the Eastern European sales team. With the help of your two colleagues, you are solely responsible for farming an existing portfolio of distributors while expanding the network in Eastern Europe. The market has an enormous potential, giving you ample opportunity for converting market potential to concrete sale. You refer to the Sales Director based in Odense, Denmark

Your main tasks will be to:
  • train, motivate and develop the distributors in regards to selling our products
  • build the sales team and managing the budget
  • plan sales and marketing activities in the region and participate in international trade fairs and distributor visits.
Your job takes you traveling approximately 60 days per year, and to ensure success, you receive professional sparring from your colleagues at the international offices.

An automation background combined with technical sales

You hold a commercial or technical education at minimum a Bachelor level. Moreover, you have extensive sales experience from selling technical products, and you know the automation industry, making it possible for you to guide our distributors. Being on the Eastern European market, it is essential that you know the culture and language of the region, facilitating your hunt for new distributors.

As a person, you have a strong sales talent combined with an entrepreneurial and winner mentality. You are a strong communicator and do not only want to achieve good results – you want to be part of a success. Your approach to your work is structured, and you are able to plan your own travelling activities.
