Senior Project Manager

We are looking for experienced project manager to lead an international IT project, which will be responsible for planning, executing and evaluating the worldwide project according to the business of our customer. The whole external communication related to this project is done in English, mainly via emails and conf calls.

Main tasks for this position include:

• Be accountable for the project results along with the project sponsor

• Complete work breakdown structure to estimate the effort required for each task

• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed (project plan)

• Clearly communicate expectations to team members and stakeholders

• Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle

• Communication with customer representatives about reported problems and change requirements

• Communication and cooperation with hosting services provider about problems in hosted environments and change requests

• Close cooperation with the team leader of the internal development team supporting the system

• Management of cooperation with other internal teams participating on the project

• Planning and work prioritization according to customer needs and requirements

• Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to the customer

• Develop tools and best practices for project management and execution.
