- Our customer
provides automated solutions dedicated for enhancing production processes and yield, enabling the customers new technologies in two industries; Semiconductors, Printed Circuit Board (PCB) & IC Substrates.
The company is publicly traded in NASDAQ.
The company services business requires management & monitoring in terms of both technical and business aspects. As business is growing, a professional CS Manager is required to handle all service aspects within the territory, supported by the territory’s General Manager, Technical Director and HQ divisional management teams.
Position
Daily support at customers sites in all related to the tools’ maintenance and applications
Support machine down issues
Install new tools or upgrades
Optimize systems’ operations
Perform preventive maintenance
Train customers post installations
Analyzing systems issues and applications issues
Travel to customer within Germany or out of Germany from time to time
Trainings in mother company or in other locations in Europe from time to time
- Required education
- University education (Master's degree)
Postgraduate (Doctorate) - Skills
- Language skills:
English - expert (interpreting) - Personality requirements and skills
- Profile
High motivation
Good communication skills; working well with people and adapts easily to different situations
Ability to work with multi-cultural environment
Ability to work and adapt to a very dynamic business environment
Good English to interact with the HQ
Willingness to travel within Europe
Self- confident and ability to work independently on customer sites
