Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Responsibility for the software and system validation of exterior lighting electronic modules
• Thoroughly analyse and review the system and software requirements.
• Prepare / review the system test-specification document and test-plan according the product-, customer-, quality- and legal-requirements.
• Execute SW and system validation tests
• Communicate with an international and interdisciplinary engineering and project team to review and understand the project and product requirements.
• Design and program automated test systems for software validation testing
• Design and program automated test systems for hardware validation testing (hardware in the loop and long term environmental testing)
• Design and build setups for load and vehicle simulation and measurements.
• Support the software development with regression testing during the software development phase.
• Perform SW unit testing with appropriate tools
• Contribute in SW release readiness meetings prior customer releases

• Basic understanding of mechatronic actuators (Stepper-Motors, DC-Motors)
