Information about the position
Job description, responsibilities and duties
• Prepare RFQ GO/NOGO meeting
• Join RFQ GO/NOGO meeting lead by the Account Manager
• Work with the account manager to capture RFQ requirements and communicate this to the business team
• Set up Enter project and fill the system with the right data
• Establish regular review meetings to make sure that RFQ changes are captured well
• Work with the calculation office to get the first costed BOM established
• Support the PDC lead by the Account manager
• Prepare a pre-Version of the breakdown documents that will be finalized by the Account Manager
• Lead RFQ response documentation collection, QTR, Timing, ….
• Support Change calculation requests of current projects between Gate 1 and Gate 2
