Job description, responsibilities and duties
Sales Manager (Agriculture) is accountable for the development and execution of all sales plans and the achievement of all sales goals in the region. Ensuring that each financial center has a strong focus on business development, lead follow-up, cross selling, outside sales calling and customer service are critical for success.
Measures of Success:
• Have own database of clients and will maximize agricultural sales in region
• Can demonstrate turnover around 2-3k MT per month
• Development, recommendation and execution of effective and efficient sales plans

Due to continuous growth we are seeking someone with a background in agriculture background, operating at a senior level to cover the country's regions.
We require a highly motivated business/sales executive to cover Eu region or worldwide.
Maximizing sales and growing the business is key to this requirement.
For this, we are looking to recruit a professional with a proven background in sales.
Knowledge of Agriculture is crucial.
People management, leadership and teamwork capabilities are fundamental.
Flexibility, initiative, and problem solving are required.
Providing leadership in entrepreneurial selling and delivering brand message to customers and partners.
Closing high value sales within own customer group.

• Possess good people skills and strong interpersonal and cross-functional skills since agricultural sales will often require coordinating with people working in other disciplines over which there is no direct authority
• Knowledge of the guidance agriculture
• Ability to rapidly master a solid working knowledge of product function and application
• Understanding of competitive product offerings, marketing strategies, and distribution channel issues
• University degree in agribusiness, agronomy, equipment mechanization, or agricultural engineering
• More than 4 years of experience in precision agricultural, guidance, agricultural equipment sales or equivalent experience
