Job description, responsibilities and duties
As part of our growth strategy we are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer with 3 to 5 years' experience to cover assigned sales role. This is a position for the right candidate with an Electronic Engineering background who is currently in a customer facing commercially orientated sales role. Due to the occupational requirements of the role the candidate must be living in the Czech Republic and eligible to work in the EU.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Drive for new business in JDM (Joint Design for Manufacturing), ODM (Original Design for Manufacture), or OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) projects in responsible regions in Eastern Europe.
* Promote our design, value added engineering and manufacturing services to all potential new customers.
* Identify relevant market trends and consumer insights to turn them in to potential business opportunities.
* Communicate directly with customer engineering teams at all levels.
* Communicate with Wongs product development team on customer issues and new product and market requirements.
* Establish a strong network with clients and relevant organisations.

Requirements for the employee

University education (Bachelor's degree)
Language skills
English - Upper intermediate (B2) or Czech - Upper intermediate (B2)
Personality requirements and skills
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering.
* Solid understanding of design practises and engineering standards.
* 3 – 5 years' experience in Sales or Account Management with an Electronic Engineering background.
* Keeps abreast of current trends in engineering developments.
* Knowledge of Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry or electronic manufacturing environment is advantageous.
* Self-motivated, aggressive and results orientated.
* Strong presentation, communication and networking skills.
* Experience of business at an international level desirable.
* Fluent command of Czech and English essential.
* Frequent travel as required.
