PRODUCTION MANAGER
ABOUT THIS JOB
Our client, international automotive company based in Central Bohemia Region has an immediate opening for a Production Manager at their new facility. One of the leader in automotive suppliers, our client offers opportunities for qualified people who want to grow in their high performance organization. ROLE SYNOPSIS
The Production Manager is responsible for maintaining optimum production performance with regard to all aspects of our clients production units including: safety, regulatory compliance, production, and quality. The responsibilities also include overseeing recruiting, hiring and training of site personnel. Big challenge includes stabilization of the whole team. Production Manager will be responsible for planning and execution, and leading the workforce in continuous improvement activities for both plant systems and processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Planifies the monthly and weekly production in accordance with the programs of supply and the availabilities.
• Organizes and distributes the production among the shifts.
• Analyzes the deviations in productivity and in the quality standards of the production processes.
• Trains the shift leaders in the production processes of the activities oriented to the quality control and the data collection of production.
• Supervises the good condition of the facilities o the production area.
• Is responsible of observing the security rules.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS/ REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum experience of 2-3 years in the automotive sector
• Organization and people management skills
• Knowledge of ISO/TS Certificate
• Labor Risk Prevention
• Knowledge of Q Consortium ( Volkswagen System)
• Education: Technical Engineering
• Languages: Fluent in English, German is advance
