Our client, an international fast growing automotive company based in South Bohemia has an immediate opening for a position of Quality Manager at their facility. ROLE SYNOPSIS
The Quality Manager is responsible for entering control and homologation process, for KPM and internal audits. He/She coordinates supplier and customer quality and is also responsible for leading complaints and suppliers audits.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Initial samples homologation process. Drawings, standards.
• FMEA, Control Plans, Control sheets, flow charts.
• Laboratory tests.
• Costumer claims management (KPM).
• Supplier audits.
• Leading team of 20 subordinates
