Regional Sales Manager

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager for our client, an international construction company.

Essential duties & responsibilities:
• Development of sales’ network on the Czech and Slovak market;
• Market research and Development of sales’ strategy and fulfillment of the company’s sales plan;
• Providing regular and accurate sale’s plans, reports and business performance, according to the company’s requirements;
• Active sales and direct customer service (preparation of offers, contracts, negotiations, technical support);
• Flexible working time. Approx. 50% on site with customers + approx. 50% home office

English - Upper intermediate (B2) and Polish - Beginner (A1)

Personality requirements and skills

Requirements:
Qualifications& experience:
• Experience in a similar position – minimum 3 years in industrial/manufacturing sales (construction advantage);
• Availability to travel;
• Knowledge of the industrial sector;
• Native Czech and/or Slovak;
• Advanced English and at least basic Polish;
• Driving license B;

Desired skills:
• Strong negotiation and self-organization skills;
• Productivity with a high level of initiative and self-motivation;
• Stress-resistance, concentration on results in a strict time conditions;
• Ability to identify customer’s needs and make strong and convincing proposals to clients that are visual, logical, fact based;
