For our client, international pharmaceutical company, we are looking for professional candidates for position Senior HR Business Analyst. As part of the deployment of a new IT solution to support the management of International Assignees we are looking for a Business Analyst who will support the delivery of the project. This will focus on non-cash cost tracking and payroll integration.
The solution supporting International Assignment management is a cloud based solution providing an electronic assignee case management system interfaced with SAP’s main HR systems. It aims to deliver a better customer service, workflow / documentation management, process improvements and streamlining as well as an overall enhancement of the assignee experience.

Personality requirements and skills

• Proven records as Business Analyst in HRIT, having strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes.
• An understanding of the nature of assignment related cost data when used for actual and shadow payroll reporting
• A strong understanding of data validation and the importance of this in reporting to fiscal authorities
• An understanding of payroll reconciliation processes
• SAP Payroll experience (SAP-HCM, SAP-HR, SAP-PA-PAY)
• Experience with Global Mobility solution (or equivalent system).
• Analytical, logical problem resolution skills
• Knowledge of application systems development methodology with the ability to analyze, design, implement, test and release solutions.
• Experience in working in a global environment
• Willing to relocate to Switzerland
