Job description, responsibilities and duties
For our client- prestigious company based in Prague we are looking for experienced and responsible candidate for position of HR IS Analyst- EMEA region. You must have fluent English and strong knowledge of PeopleSoft and Taleo. Advantage is, when you are detail- oriented person with great communication skills and you love to do your support on the highest level of professionality.
Major Job Functions:
• Responsible for the data management of all transactions in PeopleSoft, Taleo and other HRIS Systems across the EMEAC region
• Ensures that all data is entered in an accurate and timely manner
• Verifies source documents for accuracy and completeness, follow-up with data originator to obtain missing data
• Run routine queries and reports from system and regularly audit data integrity
• Provide support for the user community concerning accessing analytics and generating reports
• Facilitate HR Systems and end-user training to HR Team and Management to ensure efficient and effective use of applications
• Assist end users with questions regarding HR system transaction processing
• Monitor employee/manager data transactions submitted through self service troubleshoot and resolve transactions
• Prepare functional documentation and training materials
• Monitor shared mailbox and service requests
• Advocate optimum system utilization und recommend system enhancements for HR systems
• Participate in new system implementations and upgrade
• Ensures that Travel and Expense Escalation Process and HRIS owned Policies and SOP’s are followed
• Manage compensation and benefits data management (data collection, cleanup, system data entry and maintenance)
• Create ad-hoc reports from compensation systems
• Perform HRIS /C&B related duties as assigned

• Strong organizational skills required with the ability to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines
• Investigates and actively seeks resolution to problems
• Team player, highly collaborative

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Experience in self service delivery models and system is a plus
• Experience working in pan-European, regional and multi-location roles is a plus
