Job description, responsibilities and duties
We are looking for professional, strongly customer-oriented candidate, who will support emloyees of our client across the region.
We are not looking just for somebody for regular no-name helpdesk position, but our client can offer you long-term perspective in one of the top consultancy companies in the world. If your English is almost perfect, or if you are native speaker, you can be the right one for us!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide premium IT support to employees worldwide via phone, email and chat
• Support and troubleshoot OS and standard IT applications, LAN and WAN connectivity and HW issues related to PCs and mobile devices
• Resolve complex user problems and provide timely and effective solutions
• Collaborate with other internal IT support and development teams on a daily basis
• Continuously contribute to the creation and improvement of knowledge as issues/solutions arise
OUR EXPECTATIONS:
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in our internal business language: English
• Distinctive customer orientation combined with strong sense of ownership
• Strong team spirit with the ability to work both in local and virtual team settings
• Desire to learn new skills and to extend knowledge into new technologies
Technical skills and experience
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Windows and Apple OS,
VPN, Lotus Notes, Outlook and Mobile Devices
• Previous experience in IT / customer support
