HR Manager

Scope of responsibility:

• Overall responsibility for staffing through selection and recruitment of employees at all levels
• Development and execution of a competitive retention and remuneration policy
• Coordination of training and working with human potential of employees, management support, dealing with Unions
• Participating in international projects and implementing global strategies at local level
• End-responsibility for the payroll administration
• Leading of a small team of specialists

Profile for the job:

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience with shift-work is an advantage
• You can combine the daily tasks with longer term strategic initiatives
• You are a good communicator and a good listener
• You’re able to connect to people at different levels of the organization
• You have an enthusiastic personality and you’re a true people-manager
• Speaking and writing in English is no problem for you
