Digital Talent Recruiters
Full time, permanent, remote job

Purpose of the Role
The Digital Talent Recruiters join our forward-thinking and results-driven HR Team and brings their unique talent and expertise into executing full cycle recruitment process. The role is responsible for expanding company’s team by building trust, credibility and steady persistence in the course of action.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage every single project with an extraordinary vision
- Design and implement targeted recruitment strategy for each vacancy
- Proactively source and attract potential candidates
- Pre-screen CVs, conduct interviews and provide recommendations for next steps
- Present applications to Hiring Managers
- Coordinate and be first point of contact for candidates during the entire process
- Ensure high level candidates’ experience
- Have presence and actively uses various social and professional networks

Requirements for the employee

Candidates with education suit the position

University education (Bachelor's degree)
University education (Master's degree)

Language skills

English - Advanced (C1)

Personality requirements and skills

Required Experience & Knowledge
- At least 3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment agency
- Significant comprehension of software development life-cycle
- Good grasp of various technology stacks, such as programming languages, DBs, OS-es and the way they interact
- Knowledge and curiosity about the information technology field

Skills and Attributes
- Passion for meeting new people and strong individual approach towards each talent
- Results-oriented while being a team player, flexible and communicative persona
- Recognize the advantage of the freedom and responsibility to be independent in daily tasks in IT recruitment and deliver maximum results within a short period of time
- Be able to demonstrate high level of integrity, enjoy participation in daily tasks and add value in any given assignment

Required Education & Qualifications
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must
- Knowledge of Dutch or German is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HRM, Psychology, Social Sciences or relevant discipline
